Perhaps you don’t have any major health issues, but you know you have not been eating or living in the healthiest manner. Maybe you’ve gained a few pounds, have food cravings that are had to control, experience headaches, haven’t exercised in ages, have low energy, brain fog, feel exhausted in the middle of the day, or you have trouble sleeping. Maybe you had a major life event happen (wedding, baby, job loss, promotion, moved), and you just can’t find the time to be healthy in this new paradigm. Or perhaps with all the conflicting information out there, you are just unsure about what to eat these days, and want to learn how to best eat for YOUR body.
During a 6 Month wellness program, we will meet twice a month for 6 months, and will take a detailed look at what you eat, how you eat, your cravings, your lifestyle, your sleep, how you move, etc, and make manageable “upgrades” to the way you are eating and living. Throughout the 6 months, we will uncover, together, how to make you the healthiest version of yourself. You will try new foods, learn how what you eat changes everything, uncover what foods make you feel the best, experiment with different ways to move, learn how to sleep better, etc. I will provide written recommendations, handouts, recipes, cooking instructions, and be there to hold you accountable, guide and support you to feeling your absolute best and most alive self.
Single and Multiple sessions are available as well without any long term commitment to answer questions/offer advice.
