During this two week detox, I will provide you with foods to eat and not to eat, so you can rid your body of all the sugar and processed food, and allow your hormones to recalibrate back to healthier levels and your cravings to subside. We will meet before and after the two weeks, and you will have unlimited email support throughout the detox weeks. I will also provide detailed food suggestion lists and recipes. After our second meeting, we will assess how you feel and will have follow up sessions accordingly. You will leave the detox feeling vibrant, and finally in control of yourself, and what you eat.
